"Mid morning in August rarely provides good quality light but, on this day the reflections in the lake were wonderful. I had difficulty parking and was nearer to the head of Wastwater than I'd have liked. However, I sat by the water's edge and composed a few shots. Minutes later the wind had sprung up, the sun gone and that moment of magic had disappeared."
