The Beatles relax in the auditorium of the ABC Theatre in Huddersfield on 29th November 1963. Celebrating their first concert tour of the UK, the photograph by Paul Berriff was taken during a break in rehearsals and sound check. That evening the band performed 'I Want To Hold Your Hand' live for the first time as the single had celebrated its UK release that morning.

This photograph forms part of Paul Berriff's Beatles Hidden Gallery, a series of 39 photographs taken in 1963 and 1964.
