Lightroom Intermediate Post Production Workshop

Tuesday 25th June 2019

9:30am - 5:30pm

Tutor: Adrian Beasley

Limited places to enable plenty of one-to-one tuition

If you bought Lightroom but haven't managed to get 'comfortable' using it, this course is for you! Lightroom is a spectacularly powerful package that can transform the speed and ease of managing and editing your images. However to get that level takes a little bit of work...

... so why not make that step easy by joining a small group of like-minded photographers to sort out your initial worries and build confidence and understanding. We will help you discover Lightroom's full capability. We will speed up everything you do so you can spend less time in front of the computer and more time out on location.

This workshop is ideal for those who have used Lightroom before but are not sure they are using it properly or fully. This workshop is a great follow-on from the Lightroom Skills course.

About the workshop:

Exertion Level: Easy

If you bought Lightroom but haven't managed to get 'comfortable' using it, this course is for you! Lightroom is a spectacularly powerful package that can transform the speed and ease of managing and editing your images. However to get that level takes a little bit of work...

... so why not make that step easy by joining a small group of like-minded photographers to sort out your initial worries and build confidence and understanding. We will help you discover Lightroom's full capability. We will speed up everything you do so you can spend less time in front of the computer and more time out on location.

You will be provided with a work book along with a memory stick containing all the sample images we will be using on the day.

Below is a list of topics included in your workbook and which Adrian will aim to cover during the day, however the workshop is structured to meet the needs of individual participants and the group as they arise:

• Quick review of storage locations and back up.

• Calibrating your screen.

• A detailed look at localised adjustments and fixing problems.

• Adjusting Detail and Lens correction.

• Synchronising edits

• How to quickly review and select from lots of images

• Smart collections - automate your filing

• Exporting from Lightroom

All the sample images will be provided on the day.
