Keith studied Graphic Design at Central St Martins School of Art & Design, London, but now lives and works as an art director and photographer, close to the beautiful North York Moors
A self confessed Francophile, much inspiration derives from visits to the South of France to seek out the discarded artefacts many may choose to walk by or simply ignore. There is an inherent beauty in ordinary subjects and objects that resonate still with the lives of the people who created, loved, used and discarded them
D H Lawrence’s poetry encapsulates that beauty perfectly..
“Things men have made with wakened hands, and put soft life into are awake
through years with transferred touch, and go on glowing for long years.
And for this reason, some old things are lovely, warm still with the life of forgotten men who made them.”
